The purpose of this workshop series is to discuss interfaces and workflows of The Virtual Brain (TVB) in the EU Flagship’s Research Infrastructure EBRAINS.

Our agenda comprises of speakers of the following organisations: EU Parliament, Gates Ventures Europe, Alzheimer Europe, EC DG Connect Unit H.3., EBRAINS AISBL, European Alzheimer’s Alliance and Charité University Medicine Berlin.

Course Content

This course provides basic knowledge on personalized brain network modeling and will include both lectures and tutorials. Required interdisciplinary methods will be introduced. A focus will be set on the open-source simulation platform
