Hosted in a different country every year, these events are a great opportunity to meet leading experts from computational neuroscience, neuroscience methodology and experimental neuroscience!
The Fenix Research Infrastructure organises a series of webinars to introduce users and relative audiences to the e-infrastructure as well as available services and resources.
For its upcoming 18th webinar episode, Prof. Petra Ritter is invited to talk about how can a secure processing pipeline for the human data be implemented. The webinar is taking place on November 2 from 15:00 to 16:00 CET.
The Fenix Research Infrastructure is a federated set of e-infrastructure services delivered by the EU-funded ICEI (Interactive Computing E-Infrastructure for the Human Brain Project) project. The distinguishing characteristic of this e-infrastructure is that data repositories and scalable supercomputing systems will be in close proximity and well integrated.
Visit the official website of the project to find the main information about the infrastructure: https://fenix-ri.eu.
Existing solutions have been recently implemented to enable a secure and privacy-protecting processing of human health data, in the cloud, and on High Performance Computing (HPC). These secure research software solutions are accessible via web interfaces, with HPC backends, and full-fledged Virtual Research Environments with data protection by design and default.
The presented solutions have been developed as part of the HBP, EOSC project Virtual Brain Cloud, and EBRAINS Health Data Cloud, and are further developed in the EC Infrastructure project EBRAIN-Health.
