Sharing research data with others is increasingly seen as an important part of the research process, and can lead to progress in research and medical care. However, this practice, which is supported by third-party funders and journals, among others, must be brought in line with data protection when it comes to personal data. This seminar will inform you about ways to process and share data in a way that allows for reuse while maintaining privacy. In addition to existing solutions for some requirements, the legal and technical status quo of this very dynamic field will be presented for others.
