NFDI-Neuro Webinar Series: Computational Model Extension Proposal
Online
The Brain Simulation Section is giving a virtual talk entitled: "BIDS Computational Model Extension Proposal" at the NFDI Neuroscience Webinar Series.
This event takes place on Tuesday, January 11th, 2022 at 17:00 (CET).
The Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) extension proposal “Computational Model Specification” proposes a data structure schema for neural network computer models that aims to be generically applicable to all kinds of neural network simulation software, mathematical models, computational models, and data models, but with a focus on dynamic circuit models of brain activity. We will present the proposal and a demo use case.
