Alzheimer Europe released the 41st edition of its Dementia in Europe magazine. Alzheimer Europe partners in three new projects linked to Artificial Intelligence are highlighted in this issue.
In this article, a brief overview of the Horizon Europe-funded eBRAIN-Health project is given through the interview of the project’s coordinator, Prof. Petra Ritter. Prof. Ritter gives her perspective on the rationale behind the project and the concrete actions being undertaken.

About eBRAIN-Health
eBRAIN-Health: Actionable Multilevel Health Data, coordinated by Prof. Petra Ritter, is a Horizon Europe-funded research project that was launched in July 2022, with a total budget of € 13Mill. This comprehensive European infrastructure project is done in collaboration with Alzheimer Europe and 18 additional European partners. AE is leading the public involvement activities and contributes to communications and outreach work for the project.
The project aims to develop a new federated cloud platform for modeling and simulating of complex neurobiological processes for patients with Alzheimer's Disease.
